Hello everybody! Does anyone know any good factory outlet stores/malls in/near Atlanta area? Or any other place where shoppers can go and get good bargains will do. If you know any such place please don't keep it secret I'm sure there are others, but the only one I know of within a 50 mile radius of Atlanta would be the Commerce Outlet Mall (quite large). It is located (obviously) in Commerce GA northeast of Atlanta on I-85 (I would guess about 10-15 miles pass the split of 85 & 585 (the spur to Gainesville). It is *very* popular and has grown exponentially over the past few years. Yeah...that's got to be a good one, my mom and aunt are always going up there.  There is also the JCPenney outlet store on the south side. It's not in the middle of an outlet area, but it's a friggin huge store. It's on Frontage road. FYI..Dan

Don't know if you consider this close, but Commerce, NE of the city and a good drive up I-85 is THE factory outlet town in Georgia. I saw a few south of the Macon, Georgia, but Commerce would be closer. Just go north on I85 and you'll see the signs. Can't remember the county it's in, but a few counties past Gwinnett.
