The EMPLOYER will pay fees levied by the GOVERNMENT for obtaining work    permit (work visa) for the EMPLOYEE. **    4. Once in a year the Economy airfare to either Male’/Trivandrum/Male’ or    Male’/Colombo/Male’ when the EMPLOYEE will go on an earned annual leave.    **    5. Annual Leave 20 days (Including Public Holidays).**    6. Family Responsibility LEAVE 10 days (Including Public Holidays).**    7. A total of MRF-200 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Two Hundred only) per month    towards electricity. (Only for the Employees whom EMPLOYER will provide    accommodation).**    8. 20 liters of fresh water per month. (Only for the Employees whom    EMPLOYER will provide accommodation). **    9. Furnished two bedroom apartment for super Specialist Doctors and    Specialist doctors. And Also Single Room Apartment for Medical Officers and    Senior Medical Officers. Shift Duty Allowance MRF.25/- for every working day from Morning 6:00    to evening 12.00 And MRF.40/- From Night 12.00 to Morning 6.00.**    11.
