Hi folks, I am going to try and give my digestive system a rest for a couple of days to see if it will help me feel better. I have heard that people do this for crohn's/IBD, and also for IBS and even CFS. There are a plethora of products to use for this endeavor I think. Liquid meal replacements like ENSURE, etc. But I am looking for something that is GLUTEN-FREE and DAIRY-FREE. See it suddenly got a whole lot harder. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find a filling, good-tasting shake meal replacement that is both gluten and dairy-free?
